Fixseal MSP15

Fixseal MSP15 is a high quality single component joint sealant with high adhesive strength. It is based on MS Polymer®, which is chemically neutral and fully elastic with excellent primerless bonding. For use in low movement joints, adhesion and waterproofing in the construction, automotive, marine and aerospace industries where a strong bond and/or UV-resistant flexible seal is required.

PCI Nanolight Cement

PCI Nanolight is a multi use tile adhesive for substrates and ceramic coverings.

PCI Nanolight is the recommended adhesive system for Reapor absorping panels.

Features

• Unique light filler combination and Nano technology
• High yield due to use of special additives and a unique filler combination
• Plastic mortar providing good workability, mortar can be easily applied with a spatula or trowel.
• Low shrinkage during the curing phase, the mortar can be applied up to a thickness if 15mm in thin-bed and medium-bed method.
• Rapid curing, but still approximately 90 minutes working time and long open time.
• Non-sag, therefore easy and quick application
• Flexible compensates changes in temperatures and elongations of the substrate.
• Low in chromates in compliance with TRGS 613
• Meets the requirements of C2FTE according to DIN EN 12004, AS4992.1 2006

PSA Tapes

Pressure Sensitive Adhesive - PSA (also known as adhesive tapes) are adhesives that adhere to a variety of substrates when applied with pressure. The adhesive film bonds to the substrate with without the need for solvent, heat, or water for activation. Applied pressure is necessary in order to achieve sufficient wet-out onto the substrate surface to provide adequate adhesion. The adhesive film backs the sound insulation product and is protected by a removable release liner. The primary mode of bonding a PSA backed product is not chemical or mechanical, but polar attraction to the substrate surface.

It is a quick and easy ‘peel and stick’ method of applying Pyrotek acoustic insulation products without the need for solvent based adhesives and reduces the need for mechanical fixing.
